30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a Featured or Verified upgrade, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
All Roost payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Jordan Eady through the support channels on the site and we will help coordinate the request with Paddle.
After a refund
When an upgrade is refunded, the associated Featured or Verified status on the listing will end. Your basic (free) listing remains active.
